Post Construction Cleaning Checklist
Please refer to our checklist for post-construction clean:
FIRST DAY
- Remove all dust from all superficial, walls, counters, etc
- Vacuum the entire house two times
- Remove the dust again after the first two vacuum
- Wipe down all closets, cabinets in/out
- Baseboards
- All interior windows including windowsill
- Mop the floor 3 times removing all residue and dust
- Doors must include door handles, frames, etc.
SECOND DAY
This would include the following checklist and would also account for a more thorough dusting on exterior
surfaces then deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom.
