Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. This helps us manage our schedules and serve you better. Please note, cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $100 fee.

Preparing for Your Clean:

Our goal is to provide exceptional cleaning services tailored to your needs. However, in cases where the cleaning requirement significantly exceeds what was initially discussed (such as bug infestations, hoarding scenarios, excessive trash, etc.), our team reserves the right to reassess the situation. A $100 fee will apply, and we may be unable to proceed with the service in such cases.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s anything about the cleaning service that you’d like to discuss or if any aspect needs correction, please reach out to us within 24 hours after the service. We’re here to ensure your home is sparkling clean and you’re completely happy with our work.

Initial Assessment:

Upon arrival, our team leader will conduct a walkthrough of your home. This helps us identify any specific areas that may require additional attention or effort. We’re committed to transparency and will discuss any necessary adjustments to the service rate with you should extra work be required.

Additional Cleaning Considerations

 
Special Attention Areas:

Some conditions may require more intensive cleaning efforts, such as:

– Thick grime dust on blinds and vents

– Hard water or lime residue

– Grime on walls

– Residues from candles or smoking

– Stains caused by pets or children

– Accumulated dog hair

– Mold presence

– Excessive trash

– Stains on tiles, toilets, tubs, and doors

 Please let us know if your home has these conditions so we can prepare accordingly.

 

Professional Conduct

 
Safety and Respect:

The well-being of our cleaning team is paramount. We maintain a strict policy against harassment of any kind. In such unfortunate events, we will have to charge the full service fee and discontinue the service.

For quality assurance and marketing purposes, we occasionally photograph the homes we service. By booking with us, you consent to our use of these photographs, ensuring utmost respect for your privacy at all times.

Payment Policy

 
Securing Your Appointment:

To confirm and reserve your cleaning service, we kindly request that a credit card be on file and pre-authorized for the amount of your service. Your payment will be processed after completion of services.
